We are a company that offers commercial cleaning services that work in the real world. So many franchise companies claim to offer the best service and base their whole business on how big they are. Truth is that they base their entire reputation on sales and don't tell you just how many of their clients are unsatisfied. This is not the case with Above All
Janitorial. When you and your employees care about your building and the image you send, hiring a company based on those principles will get you service to just barely keep you happy, if at all. If that is the service you are looking for then we are not the company for you. We base Above All Janitorial on the principle that we get to every detail, after all that is what you want to hire a janitorial service for. If you complain constantly you might as well be cleaning it yourself and saving the headache of trying to get your current service on the phone, let alone getting the problem solved. Many people are scared to change service because the current service is better than the last. You are not at their mercy and we will be the last company you call.
"To provide our clients with the most outstanding cleaning experience possible. To educate our clients and prospects about
cleaning issues. To educate and associate ourselves with the professional cleaning industry at large."
Chuck Gray-former owner Lyn's Janitorial Service and Supply
We understand how frustrating it can be to find a decent service with employees you can trust in your building, but rest assured we have never lost a client due to our performance. There really isn't a way to just show you how good we really are without actually doing the work. What we can do is provide a list of references that few other companies in the country would dare do.
The competition certainly would never tell you the names of any of their clients in detail, more than likely the client isn't even a client anymore if they could. We do not operate on the principle of sell, sell, sell. We believe in selling a client and never losing that client, we are in it for as long as you need the service and we will do anything to maintain your complete satisfaction.
In the eighties a woman by the name of Lyn Shafer started a cleaning company that would change the way a small town looked at janitorial service. In Brookville, Ohio this company grew slowly and in the early
nineties Chuck Gray met Lyn and they blossomed the small company into Lyn's Janitorial Service and Supply. With Chuck and Lyn working together they kept the little company attitude and treated every client as
if it were their only client. With the passing of Lyn in 2002... Ann Poe, together with Chuck, managed and grew the company even larger and had three crews of people in facilities on a daily basis as well as a variety of residential clientele with people dedicated to specific
clients. Early in the millennium there were things that Chuck wanted to pursue and the successful business was offered to Ann and her husband, Matthew Poe. With the clientele in tact and the reputation established, Ann and Matthew took the company over in 2004 and kept the little company attitude with all clients completely satisfied and to date never losing a client due to job performance. After years of performance in the industry, you have either heard of us through word of mouth or you were hand selected to receive our business
literature. We are not a company that mass markets any area, we also do our own marketing and never pay somebody else to speak or write for us. Our work speaks for itself and we keep very exclusive company with some big names in the world that our truly loyal to our services. If you are curious about our service, you are more than welcome to browse our website and learn just how bad and how good a janitorial service can be for your business. We focus on the hard to please clients that care about what their facility
says to the rest of the world. We want to educate you about the industry and of course our services so that you can make the best choice based on knowledge and not where your finger lands in the phone book.
